(Note: Naturally when jewellery items are made to order it may take a little longer but the wait will be worth it.) Postage and Handling: All parcels are sent registered through Australia Post. A standard handling fee of $2.50 is charged on all despatched orders. Colours: The colour on your screen is affected by the settings on your monitor & the type of web browser you are using. Jewellery: Every product is professionally handmade. Components used are sourced globally & are often exclusive. Our Guarantee: In line with our commitment to quality, value and service, we stand by our products so you can buy with confidence. If you receive a faulty item, please return it with the receipt in an unaltered condition within 21 days of purchase including a description of the fault. Replacement products will be sent at no extra freight cost if goods are found to be faulty. We are unable to accept change of mind purchases.
